Why custom over kit

Pre-fab BBQ islands look fine the day they arrive. The issues show up six months in — sealant pulling away, fasteners corroding, doors not aligning, counter material chipping at the edges.
Our built-on-site islands use the same fastener-and-finish discipline we apply to outdoor pavilions: marine-grade hardware, sealed connections, weather-rated cabinetry, and sintered or sealed counter materials that take Florida sun for years without fading.
The result is a piece of architecture that ages with the home, not against it.
