Challenge
The problem we were asked to solve.
A waterfront family wanted to entertain through the summer without retreating indoors mid-afternoon. The existing patio had a tile-roof tie-in that limited where structure could attach, and the canal exposure required marine-grade everything.
Approach
How we sequenced the project.
Custom-profile aluminum pavilion designed to mirror the home's existing trim color, with an insulated roof for thermal performance and a tongue-and-groove ceiling for finish quality. Outdoor kitchen oriented so the cook faces the canal and the bar seats six guests at the water side.
Result
How the space lives now.
A waterfront outdoor room that reads as part of the home's architecture, holds usable temperature through summer afternoons, and stays bug-free with screens deployed at sunset.
Illustrative design concept. Photography will be added once a completed project is available for publication with client consent.
