Challenge
The problem we were asked to solve.
A high-rise terrace with strict weight limits, a freight elevator restricting component size, and a condo board requiring engineering letters before approval.
Approach
How we sequenced the project.
Engineered the entire structure as modular components sized to fit the freight elevator, with weight loads documented per square foot and approved by the building's structural engineer in advance. Outdoor kitchen built on a sub-frame that distributes load across multiple structural beams.
Result
How the space lives now.
A full outdoor living installation 30 floors up, delivered without disturbing neighbors, building infrastructure, or board patience.
